Founded in 2015, 9Air is a Chinese low cost airline and part of the Juneyao Airlines Group. The MAX 8 has a maximum takeoff weight of 181,200 pounds and can cruise at a speed of 521 miles per hour. The airliner is powered by two high-efficiency CFM International LEAP-1B high-bypass turbofan engines that each deliver a maximum 29,317 points of thrust. The 737 MAX 8 is 129 feet, 8 inches long and features a swept main wing with a span of 116 feet, 8 inches.
